Responsible for building, executing and maintaining the out of game ecosystem for players across all games and tiers of competition.

• Day to day communication with teams and internal departments about all player related topics; trouble shooting, budgeting, strategizing, legal, marketing etc.
• Innovating and implementing player programs; Player Mental Health Baseline, Player Summits, Player On/Off-boarding, VISA programs, Finance training, on-site experience & more.
• Collaborating with internal departments to build and create a new studio.
• Overhauling and re-implementing player facing workflows to ensure efficiency internally and externally.
• Building an RFP to create team of on-site player managers/referees.
• Managing 6 people for on-site studio & global event work.
• Providing onboarding and training, feedback sessions, rate cards and new workflow system to on-site Player Managers.
• On-boarding Vendors for selective workshops and programmes.

• Senior Player/Talent Management, working in tandem with the Lead to organise our team effectively for each unique event. Delivering feedback and support for future projects.
• Logistical support with pre/post travel, hotel and VISA for players/talent across multiple nationalities.
• Responsible for every aspect of player/talent care throughout the event; Overall hospitality, tournament obligations and media requirements.
• Streamlining communication between multiple departments to effectively meet the needs of a variety of requests.

• Independently responsible for multiple UK leagues; Rainbow Six Siege, CS;GO, DotA2. Additionally working with VR titles, ESL EPL and EU Masters - League of Legends.

• Team Manager for EXCEL Female, Academy and assistant to the Main League of Legends team.
• Collaborating with the coaching staff to scout talent, build the teams. Then create, maintain and adapt the working environment to active success.
• Creating scrim schedules, feedback sessions and group activities.
• Traveling with teams to tournaments, assisting with bootcamps and environment management.
