SDP Africa was a consultant company comprising engineers, biologist and social scientists. We worked on projects on environmental and social impact assessments in Zimbabwe and neighboring countries. I gave my expert knowledge and lead a group of 10 researchers and assistants in ecological section reporting to the Environmental Engineer. My duties included the following

  • Designed ecological monitoring programs to track changes in ecosystem health over time.
  • Prepared technical reports, presenting findings from field studies, data analysis, and environmental assessments.
  • Coordinated community outreach events, engaging public in environmental education programs and stewardship activities.
  • Enhanced biodiversity by conducting field surveys and identifying plant and animal species.
  • Promoted sustainable practices within industry partners by sharing research findings on ecosystem services provided by natural habitats.
  • Advised landowners on best practices for managing their properties to support local wildlife populations.
  • Implemented customer relationship management (CRM) systems, improving client engagement and retention rates.
