Spearheaded the development of a preliminary approach and initial project roadmap, integrating strategic insights to guide the project. Collaborated with Bosch's client teams to secure €75K in funding for a lifecycle management initiative.

Merck (Proof of Concept Development)

Developed an end-to-end proof of concept (POC) solution for Merck, enabling Adastra to create a tool that streamlined the assessment phase and provided accurate cost and ROI estimates for enhancing production plant efficiency with a cross-functional team.

Adastra (Data Governance & Thought Leadership)

Led the data governance practice at Adastra, contributing to the

development of an internal data governance framework.

Authored two white papers on Data Mesh and contributed to

Adastra’s data-driven campaign, including providing insights for

Adastra’s website on data-driven strategies.

· Successfully developed and migrated Executive KPI dashboard for J&J product in the US

· Developed Quality check standards and processes for the already existing processes using Python and redshift
