• Communicate with suppliers and understand the supply condition of each part. Get agreement on supply of parts, receive supplier part numbers, coordinate with R&D for release of child part numbers, coordinate with procurement for the initiation of commercials, and coordinate with the supply chain for securing stock.
• Responsible for the maturity of spare parts from creation to contracting and final pricing of the parts.
• Handled queries from markets and customers and provided solutions within turnaround time.
• Identify assemblies of specified components from the bill of material and break them into child components. Decide on the serviceability of child parts by collaborating with suppliers, procurement, the supply chain, and sales.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle release process, customer service end-to-end process, bill of materials, and production process.

Conducted thorough testing of various vehicle components in the testing room in collaboration with diagnostics managers.
