Responsibilities: Client management

• Representing Banook group products (ECG & blood pressure devices, accessories and consumables) through daily communication with clients
• Understanding the needs of clients to ensure tailored solutions for their specific requirements
• Maintenance, verification and configuration of devices for clients, including arrangement of logistics and rental of devices for international clients in (USA, Canada, Asia and Europe)
• Constant coordination / Communication with our French team who are located in our headquarters in Nancy, France
• Secure data collection from clients
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting related to clients (remotely & physically)

Quality maintenance and control in line with ISO 13845 & GCP standards

• Inspection of hardware and consistent documentation of device functionality into company inventory database
• Regular tracking and upkeep of database to provide an up-to-date overview of all devices and accessories owned by Banook Group
• Maintaining forecast list for ECG/blood pressure devices, accessories and consumables required by clinical study centres in the future
• Maintaining regular KPI’s.

• Inspection of hardware and consistent documentation of device functionality into company inventory database
• Regular tracking and upkeep of database to provide an up-to-date overview of all devices and accessories owned by nabios GmbH
• Maintaining forecast list for ECG/blood pressure devices, accessories and consumables required by clinical study centres in the future.

• Responsibilities: Project: Supporting Molok to establish a relationship with the Government of India, to introduce and implement the Molok semi-underground waste collection system
• Successfully secured and won a government tender, worth over €500,000, with the tourism board of Tamil Nadu, India, for the project, within 3 months of tenure as project coordinator
• Marketing of products to raise awareness
• Negotiating with colleagues in Europe and India to roll-out the Molok system in Tamil Nadu
• Organising logistics to deliver products from Finland to India
• Marketing and sales of precast toilets, fabricated at V.M.E precast facilities.

• Responsibilities: Oversee the treatment of sewage water recycling to produce clean water
• Maintaining quality parameters in the water treatment facility
• Scheduling and organising workforce to operate the facility
• Conducting preventive maintenance schedule on all equipment at the facility.
