Senior Instructor/Writer for the Engineer Systems Training Integration Division (STID), responsible for 26 military personnel and six DA civilians in support of the Engineer Commandant’s regimental priorities. Advised the Division Chief on military operations and the integration of new engineer systems into Engineer and Army Doctrine. Attended Department of the Army level meeting to ensure the Engineer Commandant's priorities and initiatives nests with the greater enterprise. Managed and guided 26 military instructors for global training deployments in support of the Engineer Regiment.

• Participated in professional development workshops to stay current on educational trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to enhance teaching methods.
• Coordinated instruction resource requirements, including travel and lodging, for over 50 missions globally for instructors.
• Supervised management of 16 active programs assured success by implementing current and emerging technologies into the Engineer Regiment.

Served as Senior Advisor, supervised and directed a ten-member team specializing in rapid global deployments. Assessed ongoing combat operations to identify, mitigate, and defeat asymmetric threats. Engaged with senior leaders, advised, and assisted organizational readiness for combat operations. Conducted operations with DoD units in high-risk environments to deliver support and advice on prevailing enemy tactics, doctrine, and technological advances.

• Mentored junior advisors, fostering professional development and enhancing overall team performance.
• Conducted numerous briefs to organizations across the Joint Force deploying to the EUCOM AOR on Russian actions and force protection measure to mitigate adversary/competitor impact on operations.
• Collaborated other members on the AWG Russian Threat Team to identify tactical gaps between U.S. and Russian military doctrine, delivered research briefings improving readiness of organizations throughout the Department of Defense.
• Led an informational brief on Hybrid Warfare to Organizations for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) comprised representatives from 57 countries and military advisors.

Selected to serve as company First Sergeant, responsible for safety, health, welfare, morale, discipline, professional development, and mentoring of 11 permanent employees, and coached of over 2,000 new employees. Professionally counseled three company commanders on organizational personnel issues, Army and unit policies, procedures, and training guidance, while also managing accountability of equipment valued in excess of $775,000.

• Planning, coordination, and execution of more than 500 events, recognized by the Brigade as top company out of 16.
• Coached, monitored, and mentored staff in application of best practices and regulatory protocols to maximize team knowledge and productivity.
• Consulted senior management on key decisions by preparing and submitting performance and compensation reports and leading over 100 Battalion and Brigade command team briefings.

Served as the Senior Engineer Sergeant responsible for training, health and welfare of 82 employees. Organized and tracked instructor requirements, equipment resources, assisted in Program of Instruction and Training Support Package (TSP) review working groups as subject matter expert (SME). Overall responsible for more than 500 hours of instruction and 6,000 students annually. Responsible for maintenance of facilities and equipment valued in excess of $66,500,000.

• Implemented an operations tracking system, tracked Combat Engineer Skills Division (CESD) personnel actions; reduced tracking time by 50%
• Advised working group with the Department of Training and Leader Development to improve 46 Engineer training programs.
• Led instructor training program, certified new instructors on over 29 courses and assisted 42 instructors with earning the instructor qualification badge.

Engineer Platoon Sergeant in a light Combat Engineer Company in direct support of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Overall responsible for health, welfare, training, and development of 35 Soldiers and their families. Trained and deployed a 35 Soldier platoon to support worldwide combat and counter-insurgency operations. Conducted over 22,000 km of route clearance in support of U.S. combat operations. Provided sound guidance and advice to the Platoon Leader and the Company Commander on all operational aspects for over 100 missions. Coordinated and supervised maintenance on all assigned equipment valued in excess of $1,000,000.

• Managed daily operation, welfare, and readiness of a 35 Soldier platoon. Received and disseminated all organizational missions and taskings IOT ensure seamless execution of all administrative and operational missions.
• Provided guidance to two Platoon Leaders and two Company Commanders on mission related tasks and Soldier training.
• Deployed platoon and all assigned equipment to Afghanistan and selected to operate independent of higher headquarters to directly supported Regional Command South for Route Clearance operations.
