    As a key connector in this high-profile transaction, I initiated and managed the introduction and negotiation between European Lithium and BMW, resulting in a six-year offtake agreement for approximately 50,000 metric tonnes of lithium hydroxide. By leveraging my industry network and negotiation skills, I established the foundation for this agreement, which includes a $15 million advance payment and strengthens European Lithium’s position in the battery metals market. My role was instrumental in aligning both parties’ strategic goals, setting up the framework, and ensuring a seamless path toward a successful transaction, anticipated to begin production in 2026.
