I gained experience both at publishers and on the side of Media Houses. I co-founded from scratch the afilo brand which today is in the IDM.net portfolio. I have worked for the biggest brands, on various levels, from fragmentary handling of campaigns to comprehensive strategies for a brand's presence in On-line Media. My client portfolio includes such companies as Millennium Bank, Auchan Poland, Lucas Bank, Unilever and many others. I believe that Digital Media is the future that is why I still want to associate my professional development. The priority for me, is to provide clients with optimal splits of activities and online channels which in synergy, properly optimized will ensure the achievement of goals. Successful projects, especially innovative ones, are for me a great
motivation for further work. I love working with people, for me business is about relationships at every level, both within the organization and with the client. I get great satisfaction from leading a team, developing the talents of individuals,

Responsibilities:
Participation as a trainer in the project "Afilo Academy" http://akademia.afilo.pl/ The scope of work of the trainer
included:
1) preparation of a 2-day full training in the area of a) Internet Marketing for companies b)
Internet Marketing billed for the effect c) Planning an advertising campaign on the Internet.
2) Conduct the training using adult learning techniques obtaining the highest possible rating from the
training participants (the average rating obtained is 4.6 on a scale of up to 5)
