- Co-leading the projects together with the Project Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results e.g., improvement in project gross profit, improve cash management, payment plan and financing instruments in addition to project review meetings preparation annually and quarterly to represent the project progress
- Supports the project manager in identifying, evaluating, assessing risk and opportunities, and developing projects strategies
- Implement and drive measures to improve the project performance through claims and variation management
- Actively communicates with customers commercial representatives and manage solving commercial issues and ensure timely generation of customer invoices
- Ensure proper project WBS structure set up in line with agreed project budget and company internal contractual arrangements
- Acting as entrepreneur for the BU and showing proactive approach in problem solving and resolution with customers
- Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, tax, and project accounting postings for ensuring monthly closing correctness on the BU
- Support projects financial planning and forecasting in a collaboration with controlling team
- Ensures the compliance with the LoA, Siemens FRG, IFRS Guidelines and the accuracy of project books and records
- Ensure commercial aspects are met within the bidding phase and in line with company's EBIT
- Partner with Project Managers to drive business success (project quality, on-schedule, meeting Budget)
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Full project P&L responsibility and cash flow performance
- Drive project financial transparency: sales controlling, performance measurement, planning, forecasting, reporting, revenue recognition, cost analysis, reconciliation and deviation analysis
- Partner with Project Managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives
