• Led 30-person cross-functional engineering team using Agile methodologies
• Coordinated with multiple subcontractors including Altay Software, Defense, and IBM
• Analyzed customer requirements, defined features, and developed technical specifications

GENESIS-ADVENT Project for Turkish Naval Forces (2014-2017)

• Designed and implemented Link 11 SIMPLE protocol for combat management system
• Developed system requirements for Link 16 Network Management
• Designed and implemented XMPP-based chat application with integration into combat management system
