- Facilitate reigonal implementation of business transformations, headcount reductions, MAD deals, etc., including providing counsel and guidance to business leaders and representing Europe countries' labor legal requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor-related European directives / case law.
- Provide support, training & guidance to local HR on how to manage employee investigations, to mitigate legal risks and ensure guiding principles are met, including case-by-case reviews, drafting templates, assessing remediation actions, etc.
- Triage European HR cases in Agilent’s hotline incl assessment of when potential misconduct exists, assign cases to country/investigator, and/or directly investigate. Be the European point person for the helpline tool, both for the Country HR teams and for the Legal Compliance function.
- Manage Agilent’s European Works Council, including consultation on transnational topics and coordination / representation of the highest level of Agilent’s management.
- Act as the regional lead for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion activities, in close partnership with the global Diversity Office (U.S.-based).
- Participate in other projects with employment law implications (Due Diligence, updating internal policies / playbooks, implementation of new benefits).
