- Responsible for transfer and installation of a SMT Production Line from the KOSTAL subsidiary in Hagen, Germany to the new KOSTAL subsidiary in Swidnik, Poland. Organizing suppliers and service visits, acceptance of equipment.
- Responsible for installation of a new Solder Wave and ordering and installation of a new Trough Hole Technology Assembly line. Conducting of Factory acceptance and Site acceptance tests of the installed equipment.
- Transfer of electronics products (PCBAs) from the KOSTAL subsidiary in Hagen, Germany to the new KOSTAL subsidiary in Swidnik, Poland. Validation and release to serial production.
- Responsible for introducing new products and transferring product from a pre- serial phase to serial production, technical benchmark creation, technical and commercial justification, purchasing, factory acceptance, installing and final site acceptance of new machines.
- Active participation new equipment supplier validation and nomination to an official approved vendor list.
- Leading a team of production planning engineers.
- Introduction of Solder Wave Process, Conformal Coating process, Selective soldering process.
- Responsible for software setting and programming of machines in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line for production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) – programming of laser marking machines, solder printing machines, component placement machines, automatic visual inspection machines. Training for production process done in ASM Assembly Systems in Munich, Germany
- Responsible for implementation of new products, validation and release in serial production.
- Active realization of preventive maintenance plans for machines and equipment in the production line.
- Responsible for implementation of a project for production of automotive seat ventilation and battery ventilation blowers – Air Moving Device technology. Development of process and active participation in development of products, together with design engineering team in Germany. Design of layout and working stations of production lines –6 production lines for 5 different products and 4 different costumers implemented, installed and operational. Training for process done on location in Gentherm Automotive Systems Shanghai and Gentherm Langfang – China.
- Active support during installation of production line for producing thermoelectric devices (TED) based on the Peltier effect – Technology taken over from Kyocera Japan.
Achieved certificate for engineering training from Kyocera.
- Knowledge of IPC A610 standard for acceptability of electronic assemblies. Achieved certificate from PIEK International.
- Experience with ESD sensitive materials and products – Printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). Experience in implementing ESD protected production area (EPA). Active collaboration with local and foreign suppliers of ESD equipment.
- Experience with creation of instructions for production process –Manufacturing instructions, creation of instructions of daily, weekly, monthly maintenance on equipment.
