Junior Researcher in project: “Regulating Food Innovation - Technical Innovation requires Regulatory Innovation” funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), under the research fellowship PU424/2-1 grant agreement 465588286 and by the Oberfranken Stiftung, grant agreement No FP00535 (2021-present). With a view to pre-market regulation, the project provided for a clear and tangible analysis of whether, and how, the current legal regimes strike a balance between the protection of health, safety and the environment and innovation in the food sector.
Junior Researcher in the project “Analysis of the regulatory environment applicable to products obtained from mushrooms and fungal mycelium” (2021) financed by the Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung.
Coordinator and lecturer in the courses: Introduction to Law and Food Law (2020-2022), Food Safety and Risk Management (2020-2024), Food Trade Law (2020-2024), Food Quality and Food Authenticity Law (2021-2024), Alternative Proteins: Policies & Regulation (2022 and 2024). The courses are part of the Master programs “Food Quality and Safety” and “Global Food, Nutrition and Health”.
