Responsibilities includes exceptional customer service, ensuring monthly sales target is hit by getting the most out of every interaction/sale, NBN provisioning, servicing customer accounts, Mobile Plan provisioning and assisting with the training of other co-workers.

Accomplishments include being named the store's top monthly sales consultant for many months.

Taught and demonstrated tennis techniques and strokes to kids, established experience in coaching both large and small groups. Engaged kids in learning and improving by teaching them using fun and acceptable strategies. Motivated kids to become better and inspire the next generation to enjoy the sport of tennis. Promoted a positive environment for everyone, and made learning stress free. Further coaching approaches came from teaching students through specific drills, including hand fed, rallies, fitness, and serving.

Tasked as a casual team member, experience in multiple departments including service , grocery and primarily fresh produce.

Fresh produce responsibilities included closing the fresh produce department of the store at night, stocking the shop floor, cutting fruits and vegetables and furthermore assisting customers with finding items in the department.

Further duties included unloading the nightly delivery truck and helping team members from various departments unload pallets to their respective areas.

Founder and Owner of the Largest Minecraft server in the Oceania Region (Oceania Prestige). With over 80,000 unique joins, 200+ concurrent players, and 2,700+ loyal followers.

My focus revolved around budget planning, including investing and revenue goals. Devising strategical marketing techniques such as promotion through major platforms like Youtube and Discord. Further partnership applications with major gaming companies such as Badlion Client have empowered my server by increasing it's validity and trust within the gaming community. Development such as CSS, Python and Skript were coded and completed originally by myself. Further financial reports, server statistics and analysation boasted the development of important updates to appeal to a wider player base across the world.

The successes and achievements of Oceania Prestige stems from putting together an elite team, I trained and motivated employees to increase the development of the server under my ideas, as the quality bettered, so did the server's size. These team members assist in the development, moderation, administration and promotion of my server.
