• Overall control versus targets (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Perform regular financial forecasting
• Provide management board with regular performance reporting analysis
• Preparation of monthly cash flow reporting per entity
• Forecasting net working capital

• Assisting to Head of Controlling in preparation of budget
• Coordinating Month end Closing procedure with Accounting Department
• Analysis of Actuals vs Forecast vs Budget and support management team

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year end closing procedures
• Sending weekly P&L of 4 brands (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, IZOD) to the management board.
• Analysing variances of actual financial results against forecast and budget
