  • Acting as a mentor for HR Operations team, providing support to Head of People Services Department through leading team's meetings, overseeing and analyzing incoming requests and defining needs of improvement in various HR processes, as well as training new team members. Acting as a point of escalations for critical HR Operations related requests.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding and compliance.

  • Incorporated employee feedback and partnered with senior leaders to to improve processes, establish and develop HR policies and procedures for Elastic in Germany and Nordics. Main goal for the first quarter was to update internal processes and policies to minimize manual work and use HR Tech Stack on its maximum capacity.

  • Reviewed current overall policies and procedures for the countries in my responsibility (Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway), created detailed process documentations for internal HR Operations team in form of Playbooks.
