- DCDC Convertor Analysis, Simulation, Validation and Verification of 6th Generation of Battery in Electric Vehicles
- As a member of FDT, based on requirement I simulate the functionalities in DCDC Convertor of 6th Generation of Battery in Electric Vehicles
- Also to validate and verify the functionalities, I do the testing in HV Lab using ETAS INCA

- Company Overview: CROUSE is leading domestic OEM manufacturer of automotive parts in Iran with +12000 employees (year 2019)
- As an ECU (Engine Control Unit) Design Engineer I was a member of Control Strategy team
- I generated Intake System (INSY) functions in engine and simplified it
- It has more than 600 layers in Simulink and in comparison, to previous generation of ECU, I decreased the Simulink layers by 10% but with the same functionalities
- This means that the running time has been reduced
- Seeking new ideas and approaches, I established back-to-back tests (B2B) to validate and verify the performance of air core
- The results of these tests showed 100% conformation between the model and engine
- The output of our project was production of fifth generation of ECU in which we achieved to supply more than 50% of ECU for car factories in Iran and now the export of this product to Russia and neighboring countries has reached to its maximum figure
