• Troubleshoot electronic systems and perform repairs
• Prepare weekly assessments of key electronic systems to ensure effective operations
• Orient new electronics engineers on company standards and performance guidelines
• Perform electrostatic testing (ESD) based on customer specifications
• Maintain the necessary equipment (climatic chamber, thermal camera, etc.) to ensure qualified tests
• Detect malfunctioning components and parts and report them to the high management team to find reasonable solutions
• Test new systems and adhere to quality control procedures
• Prepare reports of tests and recommend system upgrades

• Participate in planning maintenance operations, organizing supplies
• Contribute to infrastructure renovation work and the creation of new power lines
• Supervise work carried out by external service providers and sustain maintenance work
• Report any abnormal situation and respond immediately to any emergencies
• Apply procedures and provisions defined in safety, environmental quality standards, and management systems

• Mastery of using hot air, iron soldering, and unsold heat pump
