Designed and implemented a 100W half-bridge DAB converter with self made magnetics; achieved >87% efficiency. Simulated in PLECS and verified switch characteristics using DPT in LTSpice. 

  • Simulation and Optimization of Mechatronic Drive Systems

Modeled and controlled DC/AC machines in MATLAB & Simulink. Implemented field-oriented and direct torque control techniques.

PROJECTS

  • Phasor Estimation of Different Types of Power System Faults, Developed algorithms for fault classification using PMU-based data and MATLAB.
  • Self-Driving Car Prototype (SwaG Mark-1), Unlike other driverless prototypes in the market which tend to use high-end multi-core processors, this robot uses a unique processing infrastructure consisting of a Kubernetes cluster of a low-end processor with 128 cores which makes our design highly cost-efficient.
  • Formula Student Electric Vehicle (SR-20), Led power distribution and safety system design, including battery pack, BMS, and relay circuits., Ensured system compliance with Formula Bharat EV safety regulations.
