Second Wednesday and Thursday of each month, I volunteer from 10am-11am reading books, making instruments, and creating a fun and educational environment for youth ages 1-6 years old.

• Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about results, Patient Service Centers, Covid Questions, Home Kits, and locating orders from doctors.
• Assist the MyQuest Support by replying to emails in assisting customers to gain access to My Quest account.
• Handle Quest Direct calls to assist with verifying identity and retrieving results electronically through the MyQuest Application.
• Assist with the Chatbot

• Hire, train, and prepared staff of 15 At-Home Outbound Telemarketers to set appointments to install walk-in bathtubs for the geriatrics.
• Analyze call center metrics to ensure that the company and staff met goals.

• (After six months, I went back every Thursday evening to help Mothers with their children and provide encouraging words)

Worked in the Hickman Mills School district moving between two schools during the week to help with Math to middle and high school. Provided after school tutoring.
