- Managing NSPA's Port Services contracts covering Europe, Arabian Gulf and Africa, Naval fuel supply contracts in Europe, Arabian Gulf, South America and South East Asia.
- Leader of the bidding team responsible for the NSPA - NATO solicitations, including researching, writing, pricing and strategical approach.
- Prime point of contact for contractual and operational matters on Navy Port Agency services. Managing the day to day operational activity of the company > 3000 worldwide port calls per year.
- Traveled, on a monthly basis to different locations abroad for commercial negotiations, contract implementations,identifying potential cost optimization solutions, performance assessment with regards to GDL's network of local port agency collaborators.
- Collaborated with international legal teams in order to review and maintain compliance with NATO regulations.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO based on analysis of statistics, experience, market knowledge. My inputs to the company's CEO were the foundation of the companies success (from a turnover of no more than 30 mil. EUR in 2012 to 150 mil in 2022)
- Providing a revenue/expense analysis to the CEO of the company based on through own designed tools.
