Operations:

• Assist with all procurement activities to ensure a cost-effective purchasing model within all properties
• Develop relationships with various suppliers and endeavor to establish global deals
• -Calculate and report on the monthly savings from cost effective purchasing across the group
• Aid with the creation of our group Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and its implementation

Development:

• Reviewing internal requests for capex (translating, analysis and initial queries)
• Preparation of presentations and reports for top management
• Analysis of market developments and assistance in feasibility studies

• - Train new servers on policies and procedures

• Conducting Macro Analysis in the Region of Salzburg and Konstanz to create feasible 4 and 5 star lifestyle hotel concepts
• Creating first draft of customer needs
• Develop coherent first outline of possible concepts
