The role of Line Lead has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I have learned the importance of teamwork and mutual support among colleagues. Additionally, I have developed the ability to handle stressful situations and time constraints while understanding how crucial effective communication is in maintaining a smooth workflow.

In these 4 months, I have become familiar with SAP and learned how to use various transactions to resolve issues arising on the production floor.

Before this role, I worked in almost all positions, including Picker, Packer, VAS, Sorter, and Sealing. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the processes, allowing me to efficiently identify and solve errors and operational issues.
