Obtained a bursary from Iscor Steel South Africa in 1992 as result of exceptional school academic achievements. Enrolling studying Electrical Engineering at the university of Pretoria from 1993 to 1997. Professional career started in 1998 at ArcelorMittal Steel Plant in Vanderbijlpark South Africa doing several engineering optimization projects reducing cost and improving overall service quality for the business. Holding several positions in the IT department in Vanderbijlpark with career activities focusing on Business Improvement, Cost Optimization, Operational Quality and Compliance. Obtained a Masters in Business administration from the University of Potchefstroom in South Africa in 2003. Relocated to Luxemburg in 2008 leading the ITGC SOx compliance team for the group later applying skills and knowledge to drive Service Improvement and Cost Optimization in the IT Infrastructure space. Promoted to Senior IT Manager in 2020 leading Corporate IT Department with budget in the order of 25M euro and leading a team of 35 IT professionals.
