• Played a key role in shaping Pentaleap from its early stages, contributing to the development of key features like Admin Centre, User Settings, Notifications, and Platform Tour etc
• Brought unique ideas to the table, driving platform growth and enhancing the SaaS product experience.
• Led the full update and ongoing maintenance of the design system to align with new company brand guidelines.

iCLV Dashboard

• Conducted in-depth user research and testing to analyze Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Defined data visualisation style guide to maintain consistency and clarity in presenting insights.
• Designed intuitive dashboards with charts that simplified complex data for effective decision-making.

Search Platform

• Led full UX update, redesigning key pages with modern UI components, and worked on new features.
• Enhanced the settings page through card sorting research, improving user experience.
