● Responsible and accountable for generating the Portfolio Projects and assist in prioritization
● Define stories and acceptance criteria that make up the feature backlog.
● Ensure that the product value, specifications and features are well understood and finalized with stakeholders across the enterprise and the backlog is accurate, groomed and visible.
● Providing the detailed information of the existing system and the required system.
● Coordinates dependencies for development story readiness.
● Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.
● Coach team on Agile processes and best practices.
● Responsible and accountable for generating the stories and acceptance criteria that make up the feature backlog.
● Refines backlog based on product changes, development progress and stakeholder feedback.
● Tracks and reports progress, risks and issues on feature roadmap to stakeholders and portfolio team.
● Ensures the Development Team understands items in the Backlog to the level needed. Assists team in identifying and solving problems.
● Works effectively with others to remove delivery roadblocks at the Program level.
● Collaborates in development of the Sprint/Iteration Backlog, and setting of the Sprint Goals.
● Identifies and names conflict and helps team solve it. Mediates as needed but mostly brings collaboration skills to the team.
● Participates in Communities of Excellence meetings in order to request updates to process and tools
● Ensure that the product value, specifications, and features are well understood and finalized with stakeholders across the enterprise and the backlog is accurate, groomed and visible. There must be 6 weeks of “ready” work available for the team.
● Ensure that the Team is operating efficiently and effectively with no blockages. Team's progress should be easy to discern from Scrum and other information management tools.
● Status of current work is clear and proactively shared.
