Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cemetery office, providing compassionate and efficient customer service, maintaining records, and managing all aspects of headstone and memorial product sales.

Key Responsibilities - Office Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, funeral homes, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of burials, interments, lot ownership, and cemetery plots.
- Manage scheduling for interments and coordinate with grounds staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and in-person inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations related to cemetery operations.
- Maintain cemetery maps and records.
- Process payments, invoices, and deposits; manage petty cash and office supplies.
Headstone Sales:
-Assist families with selecting and purchasing headstones, markers, and memorial products.
- Educate clients on product options, materials, designs, engraving, and pricing.
- Generate quotes and finalize sales contracts.
- Coordinate orders with manufacturers and monitor production timelines.
- Oversee installation scheduling and ensure quality control upon completion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for school visitors, parents, and staff, maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment.
-Manage the school's administrative operations including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate student records and enrollment data using HAC and PHRST. Additionally to include yearly unit count input.
- Support the principal with calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications such as newsletters, announcements, and official letters.
- Oversee and assist with the planning of school events, assemblies, and staff meetings.
-Coordinate the collection and processing of attendance records.
-Process requisitions, maintain office supplies inventory, and manage school budgets or petty cash as needed.
-Supervise and provide guidance to secretarial or clerical staff.
-Ensure compliance with school district policies and confidentiality standards.
Administrative & Organizational Skills:
