  • After winning the business, taken care all operational activities includes:
    Receive booking request from client.
    Process and submit booking andobtainconfirmation from carriers and notify to customer.
    For Ex‑Work shipments, co‑ordinate with 3rd party vendor and complete the transport / export
    customs clearance and return laden container back to port before the cy cut off ends.
    Process Shipping instruction (Bill Of Lading Instruction) / Export Container Manifest.
    Provide draft Bill of Lading to client and complete the necessary amendment prior to BL
    confirmation to be given to Carrier.
    Obtain Original BL or SWBL from Carrier and issue to customer have the credit agreement in
    place.
  • For Cash on Delivery customers, ensure payments are collect prior to final BL release.
  • Process Revenue Invoice disseminate to customer soon after the vessel departure.
  • Process Carrier Invoices and provide the documents (invoice) to Finance and settle the payments to carrier.

  • Load plan was processed and share to vessel captain and obtain Load Plan approval prior to vessel ETA in Tuticorin Port, South India.
  • Vessel slots were booked with 3rd party feeder operator based on the business forecast
    received from Sales team on weekly basis.
  • Shipment updates were completed prior to ETC and verify with load list prior to final report
    sent to transshipment team (Colombo, Sri Lanka).
