Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on IT strategy in the context of digital transformation
• Conduct maturity assessments, health checks, and root cause analyses
• Develop IT roadmaps and target operating models
• Facilitate executive workshops and align business & IT stakeholders
• Translate business objectives into actionable transformation initiatives
• Support presale activities, proposal development, and solution design

Selected Engagements (high-level):

• IT resilience maturity assessments and strategy roadmap development
• Strategy alignment workshops between business units and IT delivery
• Advisory support for cloud transformation and operating model design

Full responsibility for planning and delivering complex IT programs and transformation projects in international environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project delivery (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
• Management of budgets, resources, timelines, and risks
• Leadership of cross-functional and international teams
• Setup and governance of PMO / Transition Support Offices (TSO)
• Stakeholder management across business, IT, and external vendors
• Coordination of global delivery units (incl. nearshore/offshore)
