• Installation supervising, commissioning, integration, expansion and maintenance of iBSC/RNC/NodeB/eNodeB and OSS servers AIX, Linux, Unix, Solaris, virtual machine, windows server, active directory and system administrator.
• Providing BSC / RAN LLD, DDF plan. Port mapping, Integration plan.
• Follow up and receive IOT, ATP, PAC approval from customers.
• Daily maintenance and Troubleshooting BSC / RNC / MW / EMS and 2G/ 3G / LTE sites and installation and configuring of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, ISCSI, Virtual box and VMware.
• Support the optimizing department and working on the KPI parameters.
• Commissioning of EMS server (AIX, Oracle database, SQL Netnumen, RCT “Signal Trace Software”, license-center, Northbound interface, Corba, SNMP interface, NTP configuration).

• Performing Cut-over, expanding and relocating the online iBSC equipment’s.
• Site survey, troubleshooting WIMAX equipment and SDR sites.
• Commissioning NEC radio microwave, BBU, IDU, ODU, PNMTj and Switch.
• Supervising the installation of iTC, iBSC, BTS and ODU alignment, checking the correctness of Abis, Ater & A links between DDF & other equipment’s.

• Troubleshooting A interface for the Silence and Echo problem which appeared during CS call.
• Analyzing KPI and parameters modification for improvements.
• Increasing and decreasing the data channel according to customer request.
• Operating and maintenance of GSM WLL system such as BSC, MSC, HLR, BTS.
• Commissioning VERITAS software for MSC windows servers.
