  • Manages Region Business Plan and Product Development
  • Manages and executes regional business plans to maximize network performance and capabilities

  • Collaborate with operations to align usage of carrier capacity to align with service level commitments and to ensure freight is routed as solutioned
  • Evaluate current catchment areas to improve density and develop operational expansion plans to optimize costs
  • Investigate root cause analysis for less-than-optimal performance and develop corrective action to ensure target goals are achieved
  • Analyze lane data activity for existing customers to identify margin improvement opportunities
