I've worked in a big hotel which was unorganized,un-hygienic ,un-motivated and no passion was put into food. They did not give care to the quality of foods they serve, the quality of the food itself and functioned by achieving the bare minimum.

I do not wish to waste time following someone in this industry who has no respect for the art of culinary and the people who trust us to serve clean, quality food
