• Actively coordinate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions during the pre-sales discussions. Further, prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational capabilities.
• Manage post-sales activities, such as ensuring completion of the payment milestones as per plan and raising invoices accordingly, subsequently connecting with customers for payment receipt on time, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Obtaining the market insights such as how we are placed in an ongoing bid as compared to our competitors in terms of pricing, technical or commercial aspect and delivery requirement by having a good hold in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments - Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management and Logistics - to ensure customer requirements are met and ensure smooth job execution.
• Maintain long lasting relationships with both domestic as well as international customers, contributing to repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Completed a 15 days (5th Dec-20th Dec) internship at a small scale
manufacturing unit. Got the opportunity to learn how furnaces, ovens
and oil bath are manufactured along with hands-on working on the machines used for manufacturing purpose.

• Carefully observed all the manufacturing activities carried out in the industry premises.
• Learnt about various welding processes, machinery tools, safety precautions to follow and instrument handling.
