Our goal was to convey to adult tobacco consumers the values of IQOS, the flagship of Philip Morris International. A full course of training was completed on such parameters as company policy, company direction, laws of Kazakhstan on tobacco products, sales training, retail trade, communication with customers and much more according to the world standard of one of the largest distribution companies Philip Morris. In my position, I closed plans for 100 and 111 percent (111 percent maximum). I was able to create a base of regular customers in the company. Unfortunately, I didn't work for so long because I had to fly to Latvia to continue my studies.
