Played football from the age of 6 to 18.

During this time I have had a lot to do with the referees and was always amazed at how demanding this job actually must be.

Nowadays, my experience as a player helps me to better understand the players on the pitch and to maintain honest communication with them, because I know, how stressed players can be at different moments.

This experience also allows me to assess many contentious situations with a cool head and understanding, because I have an idea of
what could happen at this moment. This way I can make quick and correct decisions.

Ultimately, this time from before helps me to maintain self-motivation and discipline, and as a result I will always try to push myself to the limit and achieve my goals.
