- The project aim was to implement a radix-2 decimation in frequency Fast Fourier Transform unit
- The hardware used was a DE1-SoC board which has an FPGA and a dual-core ARM processor
- The project achieved a working FFT unit which was tested by attaching a virtual signal generator and checking the output against matlab's implementation
- The unit was built to be modular as such a single top level file could control the size of the FFT unit and the number of butterfly units
- Time management was critical to achieve the projects goal

- Worked on creating a PCB for the ublox’s NEO-M8P high-precision module

- Developed PCB design skills and improved C programming skills
- Took the responsibility of being the leader of the team. That meant I was in charge of ensuring the project stayed on track
