- As the Technical Lead of the project, my primary responsibilities include overseeing the development process and reviewing code to ensure quality and adherence to technical standards. I am working with Java 17, Spring Boot, Graph API, Spring(Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring AOP, Spring Security and Spring Boot), JPA, DB (PostgreSQL), REST to achieve the required KPIs. I am also responsible for engaging in discussions with clients to understand their technical requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team. Additionally, I am proficient in troubleshooting and resolving pre-production and production bugs, ensuring smooth operation of the software and minimizing any potential disruptions. This involves conducting thorough analysis, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions to maintain optimal system performance. Furthermore, as a Technical Lead, I play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the development team, providing technical expertise, and promoting best practices and coding standards. I foster a collaborative environment where team members can thrive, encouraging their growth and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Overall, my responsibilities as a Technical Lead encompass managing the development process, interacting with clients, addressing technical challenges, and nurturing the professional growth of the team. By fulfilling these duties, I contribute to the overall success and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
