Managed Workday implementation for mid-sized and large enterprises in areas of Recruiting, HCM, and Talent.

• Project: 1 project, from prototype 2 to Post Go-Live as referent for the configuration of all documents for a transnational team (UK, GE, FR, SP)
• Tasks: coordination with other perimeters (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Key Data) — guide the client through their choice of processes— review of their specifications — setup of the new Adobe platform for the signature configuration of Business processes & documents — migration through tenants
• Success: Coordination of a team of 7 consultants (6 being based in India) Delivery of more than 130 documents for the go live Implementation of the e-signature (New for the client) in a short time

• Tasks: Support the transnational Organisation Management team of Airbus for their reorganisations and daily activities
• Success: Upskilling of newcomers (consultant & internal resources) to SAP HCM Help coordinating the transnational team (weekly meetings, workload) HR partner trainings & support

• Tasks: Support the transnational Organisation Management team of Airbus
• Success: Implementation of reorganisation in SAP HCM (support HR partners, set up in SAP ) Improved reporting tools (macro)
• Tasks: Deploy the German tool to track overtime (SAP HCM)
• Success: Organise the deployment for a site of 17000 employees Participate to negotiation with the local Works council

• Tasks: Support the HR Authorisations Team
• Success: Manage authorisation accesses to HR database in SAP & BI Organise the necessary change request Participate to negotiation with the local Works council
• Tasks: Co-manage the development of German tool to track overtime (SAP HCM)
• Success: Review of specifications & coordination with central & local developper teams Organise UATs & Support teams during the roll out with trainings, communication kits, elearnings, defect analysis
