I´m playing in an established but welcoming team in the Handball-Verein Erftstadt. Me and my fellow teammates are part of an initiative to transform the traditional club into a modern place open for everyone. We engage in social media representation and opened a feedback system for the members to speak about ways, we can optimize the well-being of everyone. Many courses are planned to address the proper way of handling problems occuring throughout sport activities like physical well-being and interpersonal conflicts.
