  • With a team of 16 specialists and Team leader, we needed to be flexible with our selling techniques in order to sell the full IKEA range while having specialisms in kitchen and bedroom designing.
  • Within our first 10 months of opening, we managed to break even with costs and made consistent profit for the remaining 4 months of our financial year.
