  • Contribute to the climate finance discussions through the development of position papers and policy briefs on climate finance and Green Climate Fund issues, including access to finance, New Collective Quantified Goal (NCQG) for climate finance, implementation of article 2.1c of the Paris Agreement.

  • Climate Change Atelier: Assessed institutional, policy and planning systems for implementing climate transition in Honduras, focusing on costs and financial institutions and markets for socioeconomic transition, as part of World Bank's Country Climate and Development Report (CCDR).
  • UN Environment: Reviewed concept note and contributed to development of full proposal under Simplified Approval Process (SAP) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF), for a REDD+ project that contributes to Government of Uruguay's NDC goals.
  • Inter-American Development Bank: Developed methodology for evaluating mainstreaming of climate change adaptation priorities into agricultural policy in Latin America, based on Agrimonitor database and OECD's Producer Support Estimates (PSE).
  • International Center for Tropical Agriculture: Prepared barriers analysis as part of technical annex for GCF project proposal aimed at increasing resilience to climate change in agri-food sector in Dry Corridor of Honduras.
  • GIZ: Participated in development of project proposal focused on implementation of 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, particularly on SDGs that are related to climate change adaptation, natural resources management, and environment.

  • United Nations Development Program (UNDP): Coordinated work of three UN agencies (UNDP, UNICEF and OCHA) to develop INFORM: a municipal risk index that identifies risks, threats, vulnerabilities and response capabilities.
  • Ministry of Agriculture - IFAD: Mainstreamed adaptation considerations in groups of rural and indigenous communities' business plans (small farmers, water management organizations, associations of women producers) to include these groups' concerns about climate change and its impacts. Developed climate change awareness campaign specifically tailored for these rural communities.
  • National Institute of Forest Conservation: Conducted consultation process, at the local level of four different regions, to discuss, promote, and plan for integrated resource management of water, forest, and soil.
  • Inter-American Development Bank: Participated in establishment of newly created Presidential Office for Climate Change (Clima+), and participated in drafting proposed new climate change law.
