• Repair, maintenance and Calibration of FUJI's NXT series chip mounters' heads and feeders.
• Install and Commission Fuji machines like Solder Paste Printer, SMT chip mounters and THT placement machines and provide training on software and hardware at customer locations.
• Installing and Setting up System Server PC, Line PC, and Client PC, Creating a base (SQL and Oracle) in the customer place.
• Writing Technical documentation for the customers regarding NXT Head and Feeders Maintenance.

• Work on Ericsson's project of Bharti Airtel's network maintenance.
• Network troubleshooting in 2G and 4G by parameter tuning and physical optimization.
• Radio Network optimization and KPI monitoring and rectification.
• RCA analysis, 2G and 4G drive test report analysis.

• Establish and maintain Manufacturing Operations and Process Procedures on the SMT line.
• Providing the Real time solutions to balance the complete SMT line to get the maximum CPH and minimum Cycle time.
• Solely responsible for Maintenance and Programming of PCB Auto Optical Machine (KohYoung) and PCB Router Cutting Machine (Aurotek).
• Responsible for Training of operators and technicians for proper machine handling.

Shop Floor Relayout at Cummins – Executed relayout of manufacturing floor based on Lean Manufacturing principles, improving workflow efficiency, reducing material handling time, and optimizing space utilization.

Wear Part Management at Cummins – Categorized consumable and wear parts on shop floor to streamline inventory control, reduce downtime, and improve maintenance planning through structured classification and tracking.
