Be in charge of approximately 150 employees in Germany & Austria regarding all Human Resources related topics in a Sales & Marketing organization - tasks in more detail:

• Act as Human Resources Business Partner through thought leadership, business understanding and strong relationship management as a single point of contact for local Management Teams
• Member of local Management Teams, representing all HR topics and drive Human Resources strategy and organizational change in both countries, providing solutions, analysis and new proposals at the organizational and team level to support business goals
• Drive succession planning & talent development across the function
• Drive employer brand and desire to be recognized as an employer of choice
• Support and coordinate implementation of global Human Resources initiatives
• Ensure consistent application of groupwide Human Resources policies, directives, etc. as well as ensuring adherence to relevant local employment law requirements
• Implement and execute human resources processes and policies from start to finish, ensuring excellence in communication to all employees
• Lead on local recruitment opportunities
• Ensure state-of-the-art Human Resources IT tools and services in the local organizations
• Be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting In close cooperation with external service providers for both countries

• Head of local Centre of Excellence for HR processes to optimize HR processes in alignment with Siemens Healthineers in Erlangen (from a German and a global perspective) and Lean principles
• Head of Compensation & Benefits (implement and maintain position structure and evaluation system)
• HR Project Manager (e.g. leading local implementation of a global Healthcare Learning Management System)
• Responsible for HR-IT systems / interfaces and data protection issues (role of a data protection advisor)

Position is supported by a permanent team of three employees and three working students; in projects functional leading up to 16 employees.
On August 27th, 2014 founding of Siemens Healthineers and integration of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Products GmbH as affiliated company. Siemens Healthineers has become a public company on March 18th, 2018.

Head of Compensation & Benefits with further responsibilities in HR Project Management (e.g. Lean Projects) and HR-IT systems / interfaces (e.g. HR representative in EDV Commission)

Change in responsibility: concentration within Communications on Human Resources topics (e. g. editorial of employee newsletter, local social responsibility and editorial of company intranet web page)

Additional tasks to the responsibilities as Human Resources Manager are:

• Head of the Communications Team which consists of six employees from different functions
• Objectives: development, continuous improvement and implementation of internal and external communication activities at the Marburg site
• Areas of responsibility: project management, editorial of employee newsletters/magazines and press news, sponsoring and donations, local social responsibility, event management and gift administration, company intranet web page

On September 1st, 2008 renaming of Dade Behring Marburg GmbH into Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Products GmbH – change in reporting lines: direct line to a Human Resources Director in Marburg and dotted lines to the several functional Human Resources in the US.

• Be in charge of 300 employees in the areas of Logistics, Planning & Supplier Operations and the Global Staff Functions (e. g. Regulatory Affairs/Quality Systems, Legal, Finance, Environment, Health & Safety, Information Technology) – responsibilities: organizational development.
  personnel development, recruitment and all kinds of business partnering with employee representatives, executive management, supervisors and employees (e. g. salary issues, company policies, performance discussions, disciplinary actions)
• Supervisor for one direct report (Human Resources Specialist)
• Participate in global Human Resources projects (e.g. implement a performance management system online, competency modeling, applicant
  data administration system)
• Participate in local Human Resources projects (e.g. internal change management project & process analysis, concept work for new applicant data administration)
• Responsible for Management of Ideas and annex to continuous improvement actions
• Participate in some Human Resources events (e.g. Girls' Day, information day for apprentices)
• IT support for Human Resources (e.g. integrate Human Resources Intranet site in global communication platform)

• Be in charge of 100 employees in the area of Logistics (in the difficult situation of a planned relocation of the European Distribution Center from Dortmund to Duisburg)
• Support Human Resources Manager who was in charge of approximately 380 employees in Operations
• Responsible for Management of Ideas
• IT support for Human Resources (e.g. implement Human Resources Intranet site)

• Support two Human Resources Managers regarding applicant data administration and writing contracts/testimonials
