In my current position, I play a key role in managing the entire project alongside Mark Michalsky. We meet with client's in their homes to discuss their needs, ideas, and budget. From there, Mark and I craft a comprehensive design tailored to their vision. We then turn to the client's to refine the details and make any necessary adjustments.

I take pride in guiding client's through the selection process for cabinet colors, door styles, moldings, countertops, backsplashes, hardware, flooring, and paint.

We create detailed schedule that keeps clients informed about the progress of their projects, as well as outlining each workday for our subcontractors.

When it comes to execution, Mark and I manege everything except for plumbing, electrical work, and flooring and countertop installations. Given the trent towards open floor plans, we often remodel part or all of the first floor. Additionally, I actively assist clients with color choices, furniture selection, flooring options, and overall layout to bring their vision to life.

• Developed strong relationships with patients, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate successful therapy outcomes.
• Applied manual techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve range of motion, strength, balance and coordination.
• Educated patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention to avoid risk of re-injury.
