Akasol Borgwarner Plant Electric Battery Production Line
- Modules and systems were produced using Lg and Samsung batteries for Mercedes and Volvo electric buses.
- Programming of the robots and plc's at the stations was done.
- In this process, Siemens Tia Portal was used for the PLC side and Workvisual was used for Kuka robots.
- AutoID Network Navigator was used for Keyence cameras and IndraWorks for Sew drivers.
- Kuka robots were programmed for sealer, handling, daming and screwing operations.
- Support was provided for cycle time for production, trace calculations and necessary improvements in the battery production process.
Ford Otosan Yeniköy Plant V710 Project
- At Ford Otosan Yeniköy plant, I worked as a Step Line Robot Supervisor in a project involving the installation and programming of 117 Krc robots in the Step Line, Rear Base Line and Base Sheet lines of the Electric Custom vehicle.
- My responsibility in this project includes process studies, determination of vehicle model variants, software and programming of robots, simulation studies, plc communication with the robot and coordination with all other mechanical, plc, robot electrical units and turnkey completion of the project.
- The robot processes programmed in this project are Welding, Handling, Intec Sealer and Isra cameras. The program used for Robot Simulation is process simulate.
Ford Otosan's Gölcük Plant Battery Station
- This project includes R&D, production and testing of the battery casing to be used by Ford Otosan in electric vehicles.
- Production was realized with laser hybrid and arc welding robots in battery case production
- After production, tightness test was performed with helium test machines
- The robot processes programmed in this project include Arc Welding, Laser Hybrid welding (Fronius and Ipg Laser equipment were used).
Ford Otosan Gölcük Plant Body 2 and 9a Stations
- It is a project involving the installation, programming and communication of 19 Krc 4 robots on the Body 2 line and 6 Krc 4 robots on the 9a line at Ford Otosan Gölcük plant.
- The robot processes programmed in this project are Welding, Handling, Toolchanger and Sealer processes.
- Production support was provided after the installation and Ford Otosan personnel were trained on this subject.
