Schneider Electric - İzmir, Turkey 

• Improved the warehouse efficiency and reorganized the warehouse area in terms of fast, medium and rare moving goods.
• Material weights are updated and analyzed, according to their packing types and storage types with ABC FMR technics.
• Main Objectives; stock accuracy, data verification, counting accuracy, returning-receiving processes improvement and lean warehouse system.

Bachelor Thesis Project, Train Scheduling for Commuter Rail Line, 10/2014 to 06/2015

İZBAN & Yaşar University - İzmir, Turkey 

• Extended the operational line and developed a new and optimal train schedule accordingly.
• Decreased the passenger waiting times for specific sections of the operational line.
• Generated feasible train schedules depending on planning factors.
• With Excel and Arena simulation model, required passenger waiting times and travel times were met and in consequence, IZBAN Management decided to implement the findings from the project.
