Through a subcontract with JICA, EGECODE sprl coordinated the project for the installation of equipment at the post-harvest processing facilities of the Imbo Regional Development Society in the Republic of Burundi

The project was divided into two phases: the first focused on research and development, while the second aimed at promoting sustainability

Improved company sustainability performance by developing and implementing comprehensive environmental management systems.

• I researched sustainable practices in supply chain management and provided recommendations for improvements
• Additionally, I collaborated with the sustainability team to organize webinars focused on sustainable development goals and climate change
• Developed organizational skills through managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.

• Lead educational campaigns on sustainable consumption and waste reduction within the local community
• Organized and participated in tree-planting initiatives and local clean-up events
• Attended staff development meetings and workshops and applied information from those events into daily activities.
