• Manages and controls the commercial performance of Contracts for Onshore Wind Farms.
• Ensures that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local Gaap requirements.
• Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
• Compiles annual budgets and regular financial forecasts and delivers upon them.
• Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues.
• Together with the Project Manager proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
• Supports the Project Manager in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors.
• Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.

As Senior Business Unit Controller I was responsible for :

• Acting as a bridge between Business Unit - CFO and internal stakeholders such as Support Functions, HQ, Factory finance Team
• Acting as right hand of Business Unit - CFO and ensuring that business partners receive transparent, reliable and context relevant data (decision making etc.)
• Focus on controlling & reporting activities (Regional headquarters P&L, Balance Sheet, FTE planning and controlling, SG&A bridges, sales flash reporting, gross profit analysis) and special / ad-hoc topics
• Drive process streamlining, digitalization and automation within the team.

• My main responsibilities were planning, controlling, and reporting activities for the business unit.
• Support management in understanding performance, risks and forecasting to help drive their operational efficiency.
• Complete budget and financial planning, actual-versus-plan analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities to support management in their decision-making process.
• Develop regular presentations for internal stakeholders based on budget and periodic forecast consolidation and define and monitor relevant KPIs to ensure the achievement of business goals
