Project : HAPAG LLYOD AG (Hamburg)

• Joined as part of the Optimus TMS project (Hapag Llyod AG), transformation of legacy FIS -Inland transportation System to Salesforce in collaboration with Salesforce product team (Neurored) to customize the Transport management system.
• Moved to Hamburg (onsite) from March 2024 as a functional representative of Infosys to the client team.
• Contributed from the kick start of project, pro-actively involved in process requirements discussions from client -business teams.
• Understand the existing Hapag FIS module system functionalities for inland transportation, business process and nuances in container shipping.
• Implement E2E Container Shipment/bookings processes in Salesforce application for Import/export/transshipment cases, from planning the booking, Capacity management, pricing the shipments, vendor management, Dispatch, Monitoring, Exceptions, SAP -payment process, Reporting and Customer management process
• Identify and understand various business nuances of Hapag business and ensure the same is customized in the Salesforce application.
• Defining E2E business processes /model flows, capturing all the aligned requirements, customizing according to client needs.
• Co-ordinate with product team to define the development approach that best fits the requirements.
• As one of the functional lead, driving developments , understand API setup, system integrations, and support integration discussions to bridge the gap between technical and business loose ends in the tool
• Identify requirement gaps in application, analyze the risk with client business and technical teams, ensuring the application requirement has been met by testing the E2E processes.
• Defined the Business test scenarios for the overall processes for E2E Quality team to ensure the system is intact for User Acceptance Testing.
• Validate system bugs are fixed and tested, demonstrating the developed functionality to client teams.
• Train system-Testers, user as one of the main functional trainers from Infosys to the client teams.
• Participated in Global module and Regional requirement planning for North Europe/North America/Latin America and Asia.

Project 1: Ascena MP&A – (Oct 2021 –Jan 2022)

• Worked as part of Lane Bryant brand, in Cacique brand apparels which involves inventory Allocations, Size breaks/Profiles & various Reporting for sales and performance metrics.

Project 2: ADIDAS–E2E Consultant (Feb 2022- June 2022).

• Joined as an E2E consultant for Adidas Global Partner Program for South Korea Market, with partners/client HQ Germany.
• Application development for order management system and manage the flow to down streams system like IIB/TIBCO SAP for payment processing and BI-BAM reporting
• Create/define business requirements, coordinate tasks with downstream system POC's, monitor issues, resolve and ensure the requirement is implemented within the systems.
• Perform Quality testing & monitor Production phases until the final Handover to Operations team.

Project 3: CMA-CGM Functional Consultant July 2022-Oct 2023

• Joined as part of AQUA team- as a functional consultant in an Agile based -project part of supply chain & logistics for a pricing application development model (ongoing development).
• Focused more on new enhancement in the tool with respect to UI developments for the client users to manage Quotations, handle mass pricing of bookings, different container equipment’s for the SPOT market business.
• Understand the business ,identify product requirements, preparing Specification with all functional/technical criteria required for code development as per discussions with PO.
• Briefing the Development and Quality check team on the requirements/user stories for implementation and testing, timelines, sprint releases etc.
• Perform functional test, demo, UAT and production Hypercare support.

• Item set up, creation of Purchase order end to end transmissions in POWB and RFS, allocation of Purchase orders using tools JDA, CMS and PO grid.
• Creations of Promotional sale offers(POS), transitioning to Ecommerce B2B Platform called NU-order Sizing in Nuorder.
• Trained larger forums on POWB(Purchase orders), JDA Size scaling, JDA Allocation, Nuorder, PO Grid Functionality & Microstrategy.
• Supported tech RPA teams in building reporting, audit Buyer's/Vendor's assortments for whole categories.
• Managed Inventory Allocation for multiple departments using sales data and allocation strategy and reportings through BI.
• Communicating with Vendors and Business partners on optimizing allocations using data analysis and day to day operations.
• Provide recommendations for potential allocation on basis of SKU’s/Styles/data through report findings.
• Optimize and streamline size distributions and OTB purchases to avoid understock and overstock situations in Stores.

• As a merchandiser executed tasks on Planogram, Schematic build, ISM, fixturing, CAD across various areas like apparels, beauty, intimates and hosiery, grocery etc.
• Piloted Visual adjacency for business areas and successfully streamlined and transitioned projects , to the business process in India.
• Handled Special projects for NSR -New store remodel and Data Manager.
• Creating Macros with VBA(Visual basics) for Data Manager by reducing time consumption of 208hrs.
• JDA Space Planning to build POG's, maintain SKU's and execute various adhocs related to Instore marketing, Min/Max inventory levels.
• Efficiency to processes in areas that had scope of improvements in business operations, training, mentoring and effective communications.
