• Lead analysis of 'Sensitive Cases', focusing on products prone to thermal runaway. Develop and execute specialized analysis plans for high-risk and high-priority projects.
  Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure comprehensive support and resources for sensitive cases.
  Deliver comprehensive reports, communicating analysis findings and recommendations to management.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of battery products for various clients, including VW, BMW and Stellantis etc., handling over 200 cases of failures.
• Identify and categorize failure types at the battery pack or module level.
• Perform CT inspections and disassembly analyses of failed battery cells.
• Conduct microscopic analyses using optical microscopes, SEM, etc., to pinpoint the root causes of cell failures.

• Work at failure analysis department.
• Battery module failure analysis for VW and Stellantis projects, creation of a complete failure analysis report.
